Re: Best institutes for post graduation or PhD in abroad? i'm about to complete my mbbs and want to pusue postgraduation studies abroad.....i really dont have a good info about foriegn universities....i googled about the ranking of the universities....but i got a very vague idea....pls suggest some good universities.... and if you know any indian studying there, it'll be great to have his/her contact info.. |

Re: Best institutes for post graduation or PhD in abroad? hey doctor nice to hear that you want to do your pg somewhere in abroad as a medico studying abroad i will suggest you better europian countries. try any good country. us n uk is haphazard. everyone is running for them i am myself writting usmle next year so better i say go italy france they have very handsome salary for dentist so as respect and very less competition healthy envirmnt |

Re: Best institutes for post graduation or PhD in abroad? You didnt mention your field , still if you are in commerce field then go to Itlay , US. otherwise if you are in science then germany and france are better. |

But whereas, in USA there are many universities and Medicine schools providing doctoral programs in Medicine. In order to pursue your higher education in USA, you have to take GRE and TOEFL/IELTS tests. You have to apply at least 6-8 months prior to your admission. I would suggest you to go to USA as its well known for good amount of research work. All the Best! |

Re: Best institutes for post graduation or PhD in abroad? hey kelly, understand that even though your question is short the answer is vast ! hence i thought it better to give you the link to THE BEST site online for finding the college of your dreams ..it will ask you for some information such as which course you wish to pursue etc. and come up with an extensive match-list of colleges suited to your profile... http://www.internationalgraduate.net/ oh and about the doubt as to usa or uk ? there is hardly any difference in education quality except that there are more number of colleges and grad schools in america with a better "HYPE" which doesn't hurt in the job market .  good luck !
