Important Dates of IAS exam: Civil Service Preliminary Exam : Date of Notification : 02.02.2013 Last date of receipt of application : 04.03.2013 Exam Date : 19.05.2013 Civil Service Main Exam : Exam Date : 08.11.2013 IAS stands for Indian Adminstrative Service. This exam conducted by the UPSC once in a year. ELIGIBILITY: Candidate should citizen of india. Candidate should complete the Graduation. Candidate age limit should be between 21 to 30 years. The obc candidates upper age relaxation is 33 years. The sc/st candidates 35 years age relaxation. Both male and female candidates are eligible. Selection Process: Preliminary Exam Main Exam Interview All the best. |

Re: Last date of registration for IAS exam? hi, if you want to become IAS officer you have to clear the exam called CIVILS examination which will be conducted by UPSC and the notification is already out as you know you can get the application form all the post offices and also some nodal centers as which are listed in upsc website please get in this site www.upsc.gov.in and if you want any further details regarding this exam and also all the latest updates you can check through this site www.onestopias.com www.upscportal.com all the best |

Last time it was held in the month of march 2012 and i cannot tell you the exact date of the next official notification of IAS exam as it is yet to be announced soon. Minimum Education Qualification:- Graduation from recognized University Final year students who are awaiting for results are also apply Thanks... |

Re: Last date of registration for IAS exam? my date of birth is 12th march 1984 general cast calculating my age how many times I can sit for the exam.and if i sit for the exam just to know the pattern of exam and didn't score much in the exam will it effect my future csat exam .i just want to sit to know the patter . |

Well friend, There is nothing like IAS Exam because to become IAS Officer you have to write Civil service aptitude test (CSAT) Conducted by UPSC every year.
