when is the last date for registration for IAS exam?

sorry ,there is no such exam called IAS exam


if you want to become IAS officer you have to clear the exam called CIVILS examination which will be conducted by UPSC

and the notification is already out as you know

you can get the application form all the post offices and also some nodal centers

as which are listed in upsc website

For becoming an IAS officer you need to appear in first phase of civil services exam conducted by UPSC i.e. Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT).

The notification for CSAT, 2011 has not been issued yet. For updated information visit UPSC official website: www.upsc.gov.in

Important dates of CSAT exam (tentative) is as follows:

The date of notification: 19.02.2011
The last date for receipt of CSAT CSE(P) applications: 21.03.2011 (MONDAY)
The date of commencement of CSAT exam is: 12.06.2011 (SUNDAY)

There is nothing like IAS Exam because to become IAS Officer you have to write

preliminary last date for registration- jan15- exam on may 20 , main exam 26 october 2011

According to last year Ias exam the dates for 2011 can be expect on

Last date of submission of application form: 1st week of February, 2011

Date of Examination: third or last week of May, 2011

But since this time the pattern has been changed and there is no prelims and main so we can expect some change in dates too

my date of birth is 12th march 1984 general cast calculating my age how many times I can sit for the exam.and if i sit for the exam just to know the pattern of exam and didn't score much in the exam will it effect my future csat exam .i just want to sit to know the patter .
