Re: How to join Indian Air Force after studying in B.Com 2nd year Sir, my father was in Indian Airforce and my present age is 20yrs. Can I able to fillup the next selection test form for Airmen? Is there any age relaxation fof SOAP category? |

There is two ways to join into Indian Air Force after graduation i.e. CDA & AFCAT ::::::::::::Information about CDS:::::::::::: ** CDS stands for Combined Defence Service ** This examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Eligibility Criteria for CDS : - ** You must have a bachelor of degree ** Your age should between 19 t0 23 years, no age relaxation for this examination ** You should be a citizen of India :::::::::::::About AFCAT:::::::::::::::::

 There is two choices for you i.e AFCAT and CDS but for this you must have to complete Graduation or any equivalent degree. Eligibility criteria for CDS:- The candidate must have to complete graduation from a recognised university. Final year persuing candidates are also eligible. Percentage is not required for this exam. The candidate must be a citizen of india. Male and female both are eligible for CDS exam. The age limits are 19 years to 23 years, no upper age relaxation. Selection process:- Written test, Personal interview. For more details CLICK HERE If you are completed graduation with atleast 60% of marks from a recognised university then you are eligible for the AFCAT exam. To stay updates with the advertisement and notification regarding this exam, Employment News is the better source than web. You should refer Employment News weekly and leading national/regional newspapers. You should have at least 50% marks in 10+2 board examination. Flying branch :- ---->You should have a engineering/technology from any recognized university. ---->The age should between 19 years to 23 years of age. |
