Re: Is it possible to change the centre in GATE? Sir, I am from Gangtok and my sisters marriage falls on Jan 11. I've registered myself for Gate in Tamil Nadu. I would like to change my centre in Gangtok, Sikkim. Is it possible sir. Kindly help me. I dont have much time. |

Re: Is it possible to change the centre in GATE? Dear pal, it is not possible to change your exam centre once you have submitted your application. In the application form you need to give two centres of your preference . The centres you have mentioned is for the office work. If the seats is not available in the centre of your first preference then you will be allotted in the second preference. You can change your exam centre by writing to the institutes regarding change of centre but you must write to them as soon as possible. As the have exam is conducted on only one day it would be better if you go and write your exam. Do not miss think of the travel as GATE is a exam through which you can get into public sector companies too. |
