Is it possible to change the centre in GATE?
Sir, is it possible for me to change gate 202 centre ?. please tell me if its possible

No,it is not possible change the exam centre after applying.You should have change the centre before applying itself.

Dear pal,
it is not possible to change your exam centre once you have submitted your application. In the application form you need to give two centres of your preference . The centres you have mentioned is for the office work. If the seats is not available in the centre of your first preference then you will be allotted in the second preference. You can change your exam centre by writing to the institutes regarding change of centre but you must write to them as soon as possible. As the have exam is conducted on only one day it would be better if you go and write your exam. Do not miss think of the travel as GATE is a exam through which you can get into public sector companies too.

sir i have been transferred to mumbai from kanpur, is it possible to change my centre to mumbai from kanpur because kanpur is very much far away from mumbai ?
