I have scored 73% in 10th and 67% in 12th Eligibility criteria :---- 1) Complete graduation with minimum aggregate 65% . 2) Should have the experience in good company for at least 1 year. you have to attend in interview .for that you should be sound in the following 1) excellent fluency in English 2) good programming skills 3)Have command over c and c , java. 4) technically good regarding computer. In interview there will be 5 rounds 1) Group discussion - should have general awareness to crack this round 2) Aptitude & Quantitative test 3) HR interview 4) technical test 5) finally based on Overall Performance They interviews you crack it! |

Re: How can I get a job in Microsoft company? I have scored 73% in 10th and 67% in 12th For getting job Microsoft you need to complete graduation with computer, IT or Computer. You need to have very high skills not only programming but Microsoft requires good life skills , good personality , high experience and very hard working. As Microsoft is best company and everyone want to join Microsoft so it is not hard but very hard at topmost of it. I am not discouraging you but I am telling you that it is not easy to get into Microsoft you need to work very hard really very very hard to get chance to meet Microsoft. |
