Sir.I scored 73%in 10th and 67% in 12th.NoW I am reading Intigrated MCA.How can I get a job in Microsoft company?Sudhir.

hey friend,it is good ,that you want to become software developer,for that you need to pursue B.E or b.tech or B.sc degree from recognized collage and universities,and also you can't get job directly after graduation ,first you have to work in any indian software company,after seeing your performance,skill ,they will give you promotion and transfer you in aboard office.

In order to get jobs in Microsoft,you will have to fulfill these Eligibility :-

Minimum Marks :- You should have 60% through out all the educational degree.

Age :- Your minimum age should be 18 years.

Skills required :-
-->>Good Programming Skills.
-->>Excellent command over Data Structure and C,C++.
-->>Should have well command on Unix/Linux Operating system.

Selection Process :-
-->>Written Test.
-->>Technical test which including coding sections.
-->>HR Round.
-->>Personal Interview.
-->>Telephonic Conversation.

The best will be for you to concentrate on your study and start preparation for general sections which will be asked in Written test.

The questions will include questions from :--
-->>Logical and Analytical reasoning.
-->>Numerical aptitude.
-->>Academic Knowledge.

To get job in microsoft's company after 12th will not possible. You have to complete your graduation with computer stream. BCA is good career option so go for it.

How can i get job in Microsoft,google,apple or facebook company? i have scored 86% in 10th,57%in 12th and now i am doing engineering in IT branch.please tell me.

For getting job Microsoft you need to complete graduation with computer, IT or Computer.
You need to have very high skills not only programming but Microsoft requires good life skills , good personality , high experience and very hard working.
As Microsoft is best company and everyone want to join Microsoft so it is not hard but very hard at topmost of it.
I am not discouraging you but I am telling you that it is not easy to get into Microsoft you need to work very hard really very very hard to get chance to meet Microsoft.

Eligibility criteria :----
1) Complete graduation with minimum
aggregate 65% .
2) Should have the experience in good company for at least 1 year.


you have to attend in interview .for that
you should be sound in the following
1) excellent fluency in English
2) good programming skills
3)Have command over c and c , java.
4) technically good regarding computer.

In interview there will be 5 rounds
1) Group discussion - should have general awareness to crack this round
2) Aptitude & Quantitative test
3) HR interview
4) technical test
5) finally based on Overall Performance
