The process will be Initially you have to get enroll for ICSI Then you have to finish your foundation course. Full details you can get at www.icsi.edu good luck... |

Admission to the Company Secretary (CS) programme is provided at two stages namely after qualifying 10+2 or after completing graduation from a recognised Indian university in any of the stream. Company secretary is a professional programme and in India this profession is governed by The Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI). Any students who have completed 10+2 from any of the recognised educational board in any of the stream is eligible to join Foundation Programme of CS course. However graduate students can directly join Executive Programme of the course. Students can get admission by making application through an application form which is available at all the regional offices and chapter situated at all major cities. Application can also be made through online at www.icsi.edu |

The last date of submitting application form for June 2011 is 30th september 2010. The forms can be collected from c-37, sector 32, Noida The same can also be obtained through registered post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 250 in the favour of " The Institute of Company Secretary of India".. thank you |

The minimum eligibility required for registering for the the foundation course of Company Secretary is 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Graduates or post-graduates in commerce, or any other discipline except fine arts, are allowed to skip the foundation course and enrolled directly for the intermediate examination. This exemption is also extended to those who have passed out of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountancy or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. For better prospects one may opt for the Company Secretary course after having completed either the Cost and Works Accountancy course or the Chartered Accountancy course or both. For the course The Institute of Company Secretaries of India conduct examinations for different levels of competencies. Those who clear these examinations are granted membership to the Institute. |

Re: Can CS course be done after 12th? what are the course details? hello dear cs is a course for company secretary ship. this course is partially related with llb course. after complition of this course you will have sectetary related post in a company. it is mainly a 5 year course.but if you do it after graduation then it will be 3 year course. all the best........ |

After sending the form according to wats given in the prospectus ICSI will send you a letter regarding your enrollment number and Send you books later on. Study according to the syllabus.
