I have complete my 12th now i want to full detail about c.s.? like when wil ragistration started?

Yes you can do CS course after 12th, just get a form from ICSI, and fill the form for foundation course. After sending the form according to wats given in the prospectus ICSI will send you a letter regarding your enrollment number and Send you books later on. Study according to the syllabus. The foundation course has 4 papers.

The last date of submitting application form for June 2011 is 30th september 2010.

The forms can be collected from
c-37, sector 32, Noida

The same can also be obtained through registered post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 250 in the favour of " The Institute of Company Secretary of India".

cs is a course for company secretary ship.

this course is partially related with llb course. after complition of this course you will have sectetary related post in a company.

it is mainly a 5 year course.but if you do it after graduation then it will be 3 year course.

yes this course is for the student who has pass the 12th class you can apply for the CS exam by filling the form form ICSI then ICSI will send you the complete detail about CS

No, it is not able. because cs is a post graduate course for its required a graduation degree.

you can surely pursue CS, here is the eligibility criteria,


The minimum eligibility required for registering for the the foundation course of Company Secretary is 10+2 or an equivalent examination.
Graduates or post-graduates in commerce, or any other discipline except fine arts, are allowed to skip the foundation course and enrolled directly for the intermediate examination. This exemption is also extended to those who have passed out of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountancy or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. For better prospects one may opt for the Company Secretary course after having completed either the Cost and Works Accountancy course or the Chartered Accountancy course or both.
For the course The Institute of Company Secretaries of India conduct examinations for different levels of competencies. Those who clear these examinations are granted membership to the Institute.
