I am sorry to say you that you are not eligible for India Air force with your Arts streams because arts stream students are not eligible for Indian Air Force Indian Air Force aspirants, must studied PCM subjects in 12th standard first of all, you can must crack the NDA Examination NDA - Stands for National Defence Academy, This examination is conducted by Union Public Service commission in yearly twice i.e. NDA - I and NDA - II NDA have three wings i.e. Indian Air Force, Indian Army, Indian Navy For this examination some eligibility criteria are there i.e. Educational Qualification Age Limit Nationality Educational Qualification Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM Subjects from any recognized institution Age Limit Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years There is no age relaxation for this examination Nationality Candidates should be a citizen of india Selection Procedure Written Examination Medical Test Interview Test ALL THE BEST.......... You are not eligible to join Indian Air Force through NDA entrance exam after 12th Arts as the basic qualification for IAF is 12th from Science stream. NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Air Force of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good Physical and Mental Fitness. You have to apply NDA exam which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. Eligibility;- 1)you must be 12th standard with pcm subject. 2)age limits is 16.5-19 years. 3)you must be Indian citizen and unmarried. 4)you must be physically fit. The acronym for IAF is Indian Air Force. Sorry to say that you cannot join IAF after passing 12th with Arts discipline. To join IAF, contendors have to appear for NDA examination. The eligibility criteria required for NDA examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of 12th with PCM from any recognized board. * Age limit:- 16.5-19 yrs. * Sex:- Male. * Marital status:- Unmarried. * Nationality:- Indian. * Physically and mentally fit. The selection procedure for NDA examination is mentioned as below:- * Written examination. * SSB interview. * Medical test. |

I understand your feelings regarding the Indian Air Force but sorry to say you cannot join the Indian Air Force as you have completed 12th with Arts stream. Whereas to be eligible to join the Indian Air Force , its mandatory that you must have completed 12th with PCM from any recognized board. After 12th , candidates like you who are interested in joining Indian Defense can achieve their goal through the NDA Examination at their earliest. But the matter of fact is most of the candidates couldn`t fulfill the required eligibility criteria for the exam which happened in your case too. The Required qualifications For NDA Examination are : * You must have completed 12th with PCM from any recognzied board. * There is no minimum percentage of marks required in 12th just pass in 12th is required from any recognized board. * If you have completed 12th in any other stream then you can only apply for the Indian Army. * The Age must lie in between 16.5-19 years. * This examination is conducted for only those candidates who are unmarried male and have Indian Citizenship. So there is no chance for girl candidates to appear in the NDA Examination. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. If you really want to join I.A.F you have to pass the graduation. then you have to qualify the C.D.S Exam. C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. eligibility criteria:- -pass graduation from recognized university -age limit:- 19-24 year -medically fit -must be citizen of India. good luck! |

For that you have to appear in NDA exam, and to appear in NDA exam you have to fulfill some criteria first. Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:- For Air Force wing:- 1.Candidate must have complete the 12th science field having maths and physics.. 2.Candidate must be citizen of India. 3.Age should be in between 16.5-19 years.. As you have completed 12th in arts stream then you are not eligible for this.. All the best. |
