This Exam is being conducted twice a year to recruit the candidates into following defence services Indian Military Academy Indian Naval Academy Indian Air Force Academy Officers Training Academy The complete selection procedure would involve CDS Exam Interview Medical Test The complete eligibility criteria will be as follows Completion of Graduation with any of the stream to apply for IMA and OTA. Completion of Graduation and with the subjects of Mathematics and Physics to apply for Naval and Air Force Academy. The age criteria will be 19-24 years of age to apply for IMA 19-22 years of age to apply for INA 19-23 years of age to apply for Air Force Academy 19-25 years of age to apply for OTA The nationality of the candidate should be INdia. No minimum percentage of marks are required for the candidates in Graduation to apply for this Exam. Choose the defence service as per your eligibility and apply for it. Wish you all the best. |

Education Qualification For the combined defence service examination a candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized university. Candidates appeared in the final year are also eligible to apply for the combined defence service examination. Age Limit Indian Military Academy 19-24 years Air Force Academy 19-23 Years Naval Academy 19-24 years Officers’ Training Academy 19-25 years This examination is basically conducted in 2 stages. Stage 1 is the written test. Those who get qualified in the stage 1 examination will be called for the stage 2i.e SSB interviews examination. SSB interview is a 5 days test in which they take physiological test, GTO test and Interview. |

It is used to join various department of defences service like Military Academy , Naval Academy , Air force and Officer Training Academy Examination . The eligibility criteria required for the CDS examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of graduation in any discipline for Indian Military/Army and Officer's Training Academy. * Completion of graduation in Physics or Maths for Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy from any approved college or university. * Nationality:- Indian. * No percentage required. * Sex:- Both male and female. * Age limit:- 19-22 yrs- Indian Naval Academy. 19-23 yrs- Indian Air Force Academy. 19-24 yrs- Indian Army/Military Academy. 19-25 yrs- Officer's Training Academy. * Marital status:- Unmarried.. The Requirements that you have to consider for CDS Exam are : a) You must have completed graduation in any stream from any UGC recognized university. b) You must have Mathematics as one of your subjects in 10+2 or graduation. c) Candidates in final year of graduation can also apply. d) Your age should lie in between 18-24 years. e) Nationality : Indian f) You must be physically and mentally fit. Science graduates are eligible to join all the three wings of defense. Others can apply for technical position in Army. Age requirements may vary slightly with different wings of defense. |
