If you have completed Graduation Study in Engineering Field can eligible for it.... There are No age limit.... GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering .This exam is conducted for M-Tech admission , PHD admission and some of the organization recruit the candidate through GATE score(PSU). Those candidate have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department are applicable for GATE Exam. There is no restriction for attempts in GATE exam .So you can try here maximum times.GATE score card is valid for TWO years.There is no marks criteria. Re: Can I apply for GATE exam after passign B.Tech mechanical Yes, you are eligible. Engineering degree from any of the recognized University is the basic qualification required for GATE. There is no upper age limit for attending the exam. One can attend the test any number of times. This helps candidates to improve their scores from previous times. |
