Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA? yes you are eligible for NDA. eligibility : have passed 12th standrad from any stream age limit : 16+1/2-19 years Two exams are conducted in a year as NDA-I & NDA-II NDA-I in March/April & NDA-II in September/October |

Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA? yes,commerce student is very much eligible for NDA examination. As there some sections in the paper which consist questions on Physics, chemistry , biology , geography and etc. It is always difficult to prepare for those sections for someone from commerce and from art. So it is always consider to take science stream if you are interested in NDA. But many students from the commerce and art stream have done or clear the entrance exam and got selected in NDA. This means that you can prepare those subject even if you belong to any stream(art,science,commerce). It may be possible that questions in entrance examination will be based on only 10th standard syllabus. |

Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA?  Of course, man, you are totally eligible for this examination conducted by UPSC (UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION). For appearing this exam you must have to complete your 12th from a recognized board. although you are not eligible for the NAVAL & AIR FORCE WING of Indian army.but you are eligible for military branch. final year student of intermediate can also apply. the age limit for this exam is 16.5-19 years. there are no any kind age relaxations are given to any candidate. you must have marital status unmarried. thanks!! |

Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA? hello, eligibility for NDA exam is; - a candidate must be 12th with minimum 60% mark in PCM stream or having math as a subject - candidate's age should be between 16.5-19 years as you are a commerce student but you have maths as a subject so surely you are eligible for NDA exam..... |

Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA? of course,, you can appear in NDA exam , conducted by UPSC .. as maths is the core subject of NDA examination.. the age limit for appearing in this exam 16.5-19. you can apply for only military wing of indian army.not for naval & air wings. |

Re: Is a commerce student with maths subject eligible for NDA? No, commerce students cannot apply for NDA exam. The exam consists of Physics and Chemistry syllabus apart from Maths. So you are not eligible for this exam unless you are a science student. There is no exam conducted for commerce students to join NDA. |

YES, you also eligible for NDA examination. because you have maths as a optional subject. so, there is no worry about that. critera of nda only unmarried male candidates which have age between 16.5 to 19 years are eligible. gd luck.... |

Dear Friend , warm greeting Without doubt you are 100% eligible for NDA(National Defence Academy).The Basic eligiblity criteria is Graduation With one Subject math and minimum age limit of 21years old and you are physically fit . For NDA (National Defence Academy) exam, a pass in graduation in any field is compulsory. Since you have passed the graduation with Maths, you can apply for the NDA exam. But be sure, the minimum age requirement to appear in this exam is 21 years. So, ALL THE BEST. |

But there is minimum age requirement of 21years. You can appear only after that. You should start preparing for the exam right away. |

HELLO,you have thought about serving the country which is really appreciable.yes,you are eligible to take the NDA(national defence academy) exam.as per the rules for participating in the exam one should have maths background as a compulsion & you have the maths background no matter whether you have commerce alongwith it moreover you will get the benefit of this in exam.
