Re: Procedure to apply for IES examination hi ! I face a problem during fillup the first stage application form of ies 2013. After filling the form When i enter "i egree" button it shows "application is not complete due to district name either left blank or invalid". I checked it so many time. I am from "north 24 pargana" of w.b. Plese help me how can i overcome this problem. Thank you. |

Re: Procedure to apply for IES examination freind hi, --sorry dear --Sorry but according to the education qualification ---The candidate must aquire a degree first to be eligible. Maybe they can ask for a certificate too. -So first complete your degree and then sit for the exam in that year itself. -Rest qualification you are aware I guess. -You height should be 157.5 cm and weight around 48 all the best |

Re: Procedure to apply for IES examination During online registration for IES, on Page 5, there is an option "Print Bank Pay-in-Slip". You can take print out of this bank challan and pay the fee in cash at SBI [Sate Bank of India] branches. You will be given a Transaction ID which you need to enter during subsequent part of registration. |

Re: Procedure to apply for IES examination The IES form can be obtained from the designated branch of post office .you just need to fill the form and send it to the required address according to the guideline of upsc. the whole procedure are made available in the notification published by upsc for IES exam in the official website of upsc that is http://www.upsc.gov.in but for this first of all check the eligibility criteria for applying in IES . AGE-21 to 30 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-Engineering graduate in any stream. it contains 5 papers with 200 marks each. visit regularly the website mentioned above for latest updates. |

Lets see the last dates (A) Online Forms :-The Online Applicatios can be filled upto 7th February, 2011 till 11.59 PM after which the link will be disabled. (B) Offline (From candidates residing in specified remote areas only) All Offline Application must reach the "Controller of Examinations, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 by Post/Speed Post only by 14th February, 2011 |

Re: Procedure to apply for IES examination Dear Friend, IES exam is conducted by UPSC every year. The eligibility criteria for the exam is: 1. A Graduate in Engineering from Recognised University or College, A Final Year Student is also eligible for the exam. 2. Age Limit is 21 years to 30 years. 3. A Citizen of India or of Indian Nationality. You have to send application form to the commission for appearing in the IES exam. The application form is available for Rs 20 at the GPO. The examination date for IES 2011 is 14-5-2011 and last date for submission of application form is 7-2-2011. For more information kindly visit www.upsc.gov.in Good Luck. |

For online application go to the site https://www.upsconline.nic.in/mainmenu2.php there are two parts of registration and the links are given there fill in registration form part 1 first by filling in the required details like your name address etc. after this you will get a registration number,note the number. After this go to the second part fill in the registration number received in part 1 and your date of birth.Follow the instructions.And your form is filled. thank you |

The UPSC application form for IES exam consists of the application form along with an Information Brochure containing general instructions for filling up the form, an acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending the application. and a separate blog post would be made as and when the online form becomes available. |
