Re: How to do LLB course after completion of B.Com course? You can do a integrated course which is of 5 years. By the help of this you can save your 1 year which will be very helpful to you later on. Many universities offer this course like jecrc... and etc, you can find it on net. |

Re: How to do LLB course after completion of B.Com course? You can apply for LLB as long as you have scored minimum of 45 percent marks in the graduation. If you have scored it then there should be no issue for you to apply for LLB course. There are few colleges in India who offer LLB course these days. Actually a lot of colleges have started to offer BA LLB course which is 5 years in duration. The BA LLB course include a bachelor course and LLB. This means that students interested in law degree are not required to first complete a graduation degree to apply for LLB. They can directly apply for BA LLB after completing 12th. This would save one year for the students. But you can not take admission for the BA LLB. Since you are a graduate, LLB is the right way forward for you. Here is the criteria that you should meet to apply for LLB course. LLB Eligibility 1. A graduation degree in any discipline. 2. Minimum of 45 percent marks in graduation. 3. If you belong to SC/ST then 40 percent marks are required. 4. The age limit for LLB is 30 years. 5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST. |
