Re: Ph.D in public administration through distance education some Universities are offering PhD program in distance mode..... this is the official website of Indian Govt., open universities http://www.education.nic.in/dist_inst.asp you can check out them. since all are Govt., institutions doing PhD from any centralised university is preferred |
