i want to know which is best way to get admission for Ph.D in public administration
in distance education programme

i am a businessman age 69 have passed M.A. in political science with 52.5% IN 2006

I have selected a subject under heading of delegated legislation

i want to know which university or institution will be most suitable and also inform if

Sir, i am afraid but government has asked open universities to stop admitting students in Phd program...i dont know whether the order is in force but better learn from the UGC/AICTE authorities

some Universities are offering PhD program in distance mode.....
