Re: summer training at iit delhi, criteria and eligibility? the criteria for doing training from IIT-delhi is nothing, but you should fill up the online form issued by IIT-delhi & send it to IIT along with the draft of training fee of particular course. You have to choose a subject & then fill up the form & you will be noticed the date of starting batch . The website is : www.iitd.ernet.in. |

Re: summer trainig at iit delhi, criteria and eligibility? hello dear the entire details is given below.. i hope it helps...:::::----- SUMMER FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME : IIT DELHI Summer Fellowship Programme Organised By: Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi Important Dates: Deadline for Submission of Applications:March 31, 2010 List of selected candidates: April 20, 2010 Commencement of Work: May 8, 2010 Eligibility Criteria: Undergraduate students who have completed at least 2 years of study towards an engineering degree from engineering institutes in India IIT Delhi has instituted a prestigious summer research fellowship programme for providing an opportunity to exceptionally good undergraduate students of different engineering institutes in India, other than IIT Delhi (and if possible, abroad) to execute an innovative research and development project under the guidance of an IIT Delhi faculty. Students selected are to complete the programme in a span of 8-12 weeks. The fellowship will cover the following: (a) cost of travel in the country, to and from IIT Delhi; (b) stay at IIT Delhi during the visit(s), including boarding and lodging in the Institute hostels; and (c) a fellowship of Rs. 500/- per week.(costs may vary) The fellow will have to pay the insurance charges. This is a paid fellowship for all engineering branches students and 2 nd year engineering students are also eligible to apply. The last date for application is 29-Feb-2012 . About Internship: - IIT Delhi has instituted a prestigious summer research fellowship program for providing an opportunity to exceptionally good undergraduate students(in top 10 in the class) of different engineering institutes in India to execute an innovative research and development project under the guidance of an IIT Delhi faculty. The fellow will register at IIT Delhi as a visiting student; she/he will not be required to pay institute registration fees.
