sir,i am a b.tech computers student. i will finish my 2nd yr. in may.i want to know whee i can get best summer training.n what is the criteria and eligibility for summer training at iit-delhi.

Summer Fellowship Programme

Organised By: Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi

Important Dates:
Deadline for Submission of Applications:March 31, 2010
List of selected candidates: April 20, 2010
Commencement of Work: May 8, 2010


Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate students who have completed at least 2 years of study towards an engineering degree from engineering institutes in India

IIT Delhi has instituted a prestigious summer research fellowship programme for providing an opportunity to exceptionally good undergraduate students of different engineering institutes in India, other than IIT Delhi (and if possible, abroad) to execute an innovative research and development project under the guidance of an IIT Delhi faculty. Students selected are to complete the programme in a span of 8-12 weeks.

The fellowship will cover the following:
(a) cost of travel in the country, to and from IIT Delhi;
(b) stay at IIT Delhi during the visit(s), including boarding and lodging in the Institute hostels; and
(c) a fellowship of Rs. 500/- per week.(costs may vary)

The fellow will have to pay the insurance charges. Students who have completed 2 years of undergraduate training by May 2010 can apply for the above programme.

the selection i based on your percentage up to second year first semester level,you should usually have a percentage of above 80%,also the number of prizes you have won in extra curricular activities are considered,

eligibility for iit, delhi summer training : any undergraduate who has completed his two years of study towards engineering degree

the form can be downloaded from IIT Delhi's website i.e. www.iitd.ernet.in.

is there any percentage criteria for summer training at iit delhi and where we have to submit the application form

if you are interested to take up this summer training then you should fill up the Registration form and send it along with the fees (draft payable to 'Registrar, IIT Delhi').........

the summer training programme in IIT delhi is given to the students pursuing graduation at least in 2nd year.
its cost may vary as per the demand with at least Rs-500/-
the training starts at 8th MAY.

every year iit Delhi organized the training programs for the 2nd year or 3rd year students,so if you want to do the summer training from the iit Delhi,then contact to the iit office authority,and apply for that training programme,

the criteria for doing training from IIT-delhi is nothing, but you should fill up the online form issued by IIT-delhi & send it to IIT along with the draft of training fee of particular course.

You have to choose a subject & then fill up the form & you will be noticed the date of starting batch .
