Re: List of best books for GATE(ECE)? hi dear, Since the GATE examination is well split into sections i.e Mathematics and the other section covering your core subjects.Over all you can prefer books of G.K Publisher's but it's even better that you prefer a group of books right from your 1st year.Starting from your basics the important subjects are Network Theory and Electronic Devices and Circuits.The other subjects are also very useful but without going through EDC it's tough to understand the rest of the subjects since it's the basic part. For the 1st Part you can prefer books of Higher Engineering Mathematics by Dr. B. S. Grewal Advanced Engineering Mathematics by Erwin Kreyszig GATE Engineering Mathematics by Kanodia For the 2nd Part you can prefer books of Network Analysis by VanValkenburg Electronic Devices And Circuits by Boylestead Digital Electronics by Morris Mano Signals and Systems by Oppenheim and Schaffe Control System Engg by Nagrath and Gopal Communication System by Simon Haykin Engg Electromagnetics by William Hayt The above mentioned are some of the standard books which will definitely help you to go through the GATE examination. thanks |
