Re: What is good for me after BSc in Astronomy? What is the eligibility? I want to enter field related to space .but now i am pursuing by B.Sc(maths,physics,computerscience).can anyone suggest a way to go into that field? |

Re: What is good for me after BSc in Astronomy? What is the eligibility? To pursue a career in this field you should be proficient in both Physics and Maths. The next step after B.Sc should be to pursue M.Sc course. Various universities and institutes like IISc, MG University, Madurai Kamaraj University, AMU etc offer courses in this field. For further specialisation after M.Sc you must pursue the Ph.D next. Inter-University Centre for Astronomy & Astrophysics (IUCAA), Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) offer courses in this area. You will need to appear for the Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) for the same. |
