TCS Eligibility:- 1.Candidates to obtain 60% or above marks in 10th,12th also in b.tech. 2.Should have good computer knowledge. 3.Should have excellent communication skill. 4.Candidates to obtain b.tech graduate degree without backlog. 5.Academic gap must not exceed 2 years. Your academic marks is insufficient to join TCS. |

Re: Am I eligible to get a job in TCS after scoring 72% marks in 10th I think NO, Minimum aggregate (aggregate of all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or above in the first attempt in each of your Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination which includes successful completion of your final year/semester examination without any pending arrears/back logs during the entire course duration. Please note that all subjects mentioned on the mark sheets should be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregate marks. For example, best of 5/6 subjects for calculating the aggregate is not acceptable as per the TCS Eligibility Criteria. |

I am really very sorry but you are not allowed to sit for TCS as you haven't secured 60% in 12th.. You can apply for Syntel if you wish to.. As per your above mention qualification you have good academic career but your 12th marks is below 60% then as per eligibility criteria of the TCS you are not eligible to appear in the recruitment process of the TCS. I advise you to go for another company recruitment. There are many company which conducts the campus placement. |

It conducts regular on campus and off campus drive to hire MCA and B.Tech candidates for the job. Now just like other IT companies, Tata Consultancy Services also have some requirements that candidate is required to meet for the job. Your academic record, I must say is very impressive although the 12th score is something that worries me. Since you scored less than 60 percent marks in 12th, your chances not just in Tata Consultancy Services but other companies like Wipro, Infosys, IBM are also affected. These compaines are very strict when it comes to percentage requirement and apart from Infosys, no other company is known for giving any relaxation. However you should not feel disappointed. Since your overall academic performace is still excellent, there is a chance of getting job in Tata Consultancy Services. However you would need to meet all the other requirements for that. Eligibility 1. A B.Tech or MCA degree from a recognized university. 2. Candidate should maintain 60 percent marks throughout the academic career. 3. Am I eligible to get a job in TCS after scoring 72% marks in 10th I have 72% marks in my 10th & also i have 75% aggregate all my semesters of degree, but in 12th i have less than 60% marks. Now i'm last year in b.tech can i eligibal toget job in TCS? |
