Dear friends, Join Indian Railways in any capacity or post....later with computer qualifications u can change ur job within railways...In Indian railways, opportunities for computer engineers are PLENTY...in the commercial department, engineering departments, operation department of railways....The Centre for Railway Information System, CCI, RITES, CONCORD, RAILTEL are some railway organisations which need computer engineers |

Hello dear, As in railway filed there are so filed in which an computer science engineer can apply for job like :- In recent days most of the work are done with the help of internet like most of the people are interested in doing reservation through internet so in that filed there is the requirement of CSE engineer. Now a days most of the people are also interested in Booking ticket through Internet so in that place also there is the requirement of CSE engineer Even though most technical work done through internet Good Luck |

Computing professionals might find themselves in a variety of environments in academics, research, industry, government, private and business organizations analyzing problems for solutions, formulating and testing, using advanced communications or multi-media equipment, or working in teams for product development. Heres a short list of research and vocational areas in computing. 1. Artificial Intelligence Develop computers that simulate human learning and reasoning ability. 2. Computer Design and Engineering Design new computer circuits, microchips, and other electronic components. 3. Computer Architecture Design new computer instruction sets, and combine electronic or optical components to provide powerful but cost-effective computing. 4. Information Technology Develop and manage information systems that support a business or organization. 5. There is very little chance for a computer engineer in government fields.although there is a vast job opportunities in private companies. railway is also not an exception and i am very sorry to say you that there are very few jobs available for you in railway .and to the best of my knowledge computer engineer are not eligible for filling the IES form. so,better you try in some other fields |

Hello friend, As you can see now a day there is very few jobs in govt. and non-govt. sectors for computers due to the recession in the crashed market. But as i know there are many vacancies in the Indian Railway for the computer programmers. Indian govt. has issued some norms as per the student of computer science. Indian railway requires programmers and database manager for their secure date retrial and internet booking of the ticket. So for the vacancies in the indian railway you can search out in the Employment news. Best wishes. |
