Re: Can I join NDA now after passing 10th exam with 82% marks in West Bengal Dear Friend, Sorry to say but you cannot join the National Defense Academy now after passing the 10th exam with 82% marks in west Bengal. This is because the minimum educational qualification required to appear for the NDA Exam is 12th in any stream from a recognized board. As we all know that NDA stands for National defense Academy and this is the examination which gives us the earliest opportunity to join the National defense through the following wings : * Indian Army * Indian Navy * Indian Air Force The Union Public Service Commission has the rights to conduct the NDA Examination twice every year. The NDA Exam is conducted twice in a year as NDA-I and NDA-II. The NDA-I Exam is conducted in the month of April whereas the NDA-II Exam is conducted in the month of August. The NDA Exam is conducted in three different phases and candidates have to pass all the three stages. These Stages are : * Written Examination * SSB Interview * Medical Test The Pattern of the NDA Examination :  The qualifications Required for NDA Examination are : ** You must have completed Higher Secondary in any stream from any recognized board. ** No Requirement of specific % of marks. ** 12TH Appearing candidates can also apply. ** The candidate`s age must lie in between 16.5-19 years. ** No Age Relaxation is granted to any candidate irrespective of the Category they belong. ** Only Male Candidates are allowed to apply for the same. ** The Candidates must be unmarried. ** There is no any fixed number of attempts for this exam. ** The candidate must be a citizen of India. If your join in NDA , first of all complete 12th stands NDA stands National Defence Academy NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year NDA exam wings following Three Academies Indian Navy Indian Army Indian Airforce Eligibility : You must be citizen of Indian You must be complete 12th stands from a recognized university Final year appearing students also eligible There is no percentage requires Your age limit between 16.5 to 19 years There is no age relaxations Only unmarried male candidates eligible Selection Process : Written Test SSB Interview Medical Test |

But I want to inform you that to appear in NDA you must either have passed class 12 or you are appearing candidate of class 12. So first pass class 12th exam then try for NDA. Good Luck. |

At least you should be 10+2 pass in any stream from a recognized Board of Education in India. Thus you must get admission into 10+2 and pass it with top marks then you will be very well prepared for the NDA exam. If possible take PCM stream because it will make you eligible for all the three wings of Indian Defense. Age Limit: Should be between 16.5 to 19 years and must be an unmarried male from India. Re: Can I join NDA now after passing 10th exam with 82% marks in West Bengal NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried Male candidate only having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health. The selection is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test. Hence after 10th, one is not eligible to apply for NDA which can be possible after 12th and there is no requirement of any percentage of marks in any level of Education in order to apply for NDA. The minimum educational qualification for NDA exam is 12th standard, so first complete your 12th standard then after apply this examinaton. NDA exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) two times in a year. NDA eligibility details:- The applicant should have to complete 12th standard or it's equivalent from a recognised university or board. No need of percentage to apply this exam. Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible i.e girls are not eligible. Applicant must be physically fit. Age criteria:- The age limits of the candidate should be in between 16.5 years to 19 years, No upper age relaxation. Selection process:- Written exam, SSB interview, Medical test. Advise:First you complete 12th(Senior Secondary education) standard from a recognized university then you can apply for this NDA exam. Now am giving information about the National Defence Academy it is helpful to you. NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).This exam is held twice in a year in the month of April & August. Every sixth months.i.e NDA-I and NDA-II NDA has three wings Indian Army,Indian Air Force,Indian Navy.There is some of eligibility to required for this NDA exam. Nationality: Candidates should be citizen of India. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for the NDA exam after 10th class. You need to complete the 12th standard. NDA stands for National Defense Academy. Re: Can I join NDA now after passing 10th exam with 82% marks in West Bengal No you are not eligible after passing 10th go through the above post apart from this start yourself giving Physical training as well as. 7km Cross country the timing should be 15 mins. 30 push ups, start reading English News paper and Improve your General awareness. and also do focus on your Imaginative thinking. These all will help you during your SSB. Prepare well for your Dream....... |

You can apply to NDA after completing 12th or after appearing 12th class examinations. You must be an unmarried male candidate. Your age must fall between 16 ½ and 19 years. If you are selecting science as the main stream in 12th, then you can apply to any of the three wings of army. |
