The following institutions do offer courses in Physics through IIT-JEE. 5 year M.Sc. course in Physics IIT Kanpur IIT Kharagpur IIT Roorkee 5 year M.Sc. course in Applied Physics ISM Dhanbad 4 year B.Tech. course in Engineering Physics IIT Bombay IIT Delhi IIT Guwahati IIT Madras 4 year B.S. course in Physics IISc Banglore. |

It is done somewhere in B.Tech. and some IITs give the degree of M.Sc.. I have mention what about I know : 1.
