Re: How can I join Indian Army after passing B.Tech IT? You can always join the Technical Entry scheme and university entry scheme. You will join the Officers Training Academy after completion of graduation. There are medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. |

This exam is conducted by UPSC and Graduates are only eligible for this exam. You have to beat other competitors to get the job in Indian Army. Eligibility- --you must be a citizen of India. --age limit-19-27 years for various posts --physically strong & mentally fit --graduate with 60% of mark Syllabus- --general english --general knowledge --math You Can Apply For Direct SSB Also , For Which You Must have A good Percentage. for details visit-'www.upscexam.com' Good Luck. |

Well, if she really want to join Indian Army,then there is a chance for her to go through this. There is SSCW entry for engineering graduate to be commence from October 2013. The age should be between 20-27 while applying for this.The training academy will be at OTA Chennai. The candidate must be a graduate in b.tech or b.sc in physics, electronics etc 2. The candidate must be an Indian origin 3. The age limit is 19 - 25 years 4.
