Re: How to join Indian Air Force after completing 12th with 50%? Dear Kapil,  After completing 12th with 50% marks , you can join the Indian Air Force through the NDA Exam. The NDA Exam is conducted twice every year as NDA-I & NDA-II by the Union Public service Commission. This Exam provides students the gateway to join the Indian Defense in any of the below mentioned wings : * Indian Army * Indian Navy * Indian Air Force The Requisites for the NDA Exam are : * You must have passed 12th with PCM from any recognized board. * You can also apply for the exam if currently in std. 12th. * Your age must lie in between 16.5-19 years. * No specific percentage of marks is required. * No age relaxation is granted by the UPSC. * You must be a male candidate. * You must be unmarried. * You must be an Indian Citizen. * You must be mentally and physically fine. If you fulfill all the above mentioned criteria , then you can easily apply for the NDA Exam. The NDA Exam is conducted in the following phases : 1) Written Exam 2) SSB Interview 3) Medical Test All you have to keep in mind that you can join Indian Air Force only if you crack all the three phases and ranks amongst top scorers. To join Indian Airforce one has to crack the NDA exam . The NDA exam is conducted by hte UPSC The eligibility criteria for the NDA exam is as follows : 1] A candidate has to be the citizen of India 2] A candidate should be 16 1/2 to 19 years 3] A candidate should be 12th pass in any discipline for the army wing and 12 th pass with Maths and Physics for the Air Force and Naval wing 4]There is no condition for the minimum marks scored for the 12th class exam . 5] A candidate should also be Physically and Mantally fit 6] A candidate has to satisfy some Physical standards . If you have completed your 12th science then you are eligible for NDA in INDIA AIR FORCE wing..... Age Limit :- 16.5 to 19 yrs... Only Unmarried Male apply for it... citizen of india.... Exam Pattern:

If you are nterested to join Indian Air Force after 12th, then you will need to qualify NDA exam. UPSC conducts NDA - National Defence Academy exam for recruitments in - Air Force, Navy and Army. There are few eligibility criteria that you will have to fulfill in order to sit for NDA exam - You should be 12th pass with Physics and Maths from a recognised board. Your age should be between 16.5 - 19 years. Unmarried male candidates only can apply. Stages of exam - 1. Written exam 2. Interview 3. To join Indian Air Force, you will have to appear for the NDA examination. NDA examination is conducted by UPSC twice every year in the months of April and August as NDA-I and NDA-II. NDA has three wings:- * Indian Army. * Indian Navy. * Indian air Force.
