What skills are required to get selected in campus selections? hello to get good score in exam first you should give effort,its not neccessary at one try you got the result if in case with one effort you fail to success then try for another turn but include much effort than the previous time.. remember to get the output results or to reach any goal,you have to give your input work i.e hard work coming towards towards placement=if you clear the placement then its good why because in campus selection only you are competing with your colleagues members where as when you for off placement then you are competition with thousands of people..so sometimes it will be difficult to clear it.. company will see your subject knowledge not your % in degree...yeah minimum % requirement should be there.. its up to you how much you can earn and pay your fee back through knowledge.. ok good luck thank you |

Usually the main aim of the companies is to recruit bright students with the right flair and skills.The companies that come for campus recruitment follow various procedures depending upon the type of job being offered. Since they have to tackle a large number of students within a short span of time they have various rounds where the candidates will be selected progressively. Hence only after clearing all the rounds the student will be assured of a job. Most of the companies follow a set of standard rounds like Aptitude test, group discussions and interview. |
