Since they have to tackle a large number of students within a short span of time they have various rounds where the candidates will be selected progressively. to get good score in exam first you should give effort,its not neccessary at one try you got the result if in case with one effort you fail to success then try for another turn but include much effort than the previous time..

remember to get the output results or to reach any goal,you have to give your input work i.e hard work

coming towards towards placement=if you clear the placement then its good why because in campus selection only you are competing with your colleagues members where as when you for off placement then you are competition with thousands of people..so sometimes it will be difficult to clear it..

company will see your subject knowledge not your % in degree...yeah minimum % requirement should be there..

its up to you how much you can earn and pay your fee back through knowledge..
