Lower age limit is 17 years on or before 31st December this year. Upper age limit is 25 years fro general category on or before 31st December and 5 years relaxation for backward and shedule casts. Dear Friend, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET) is an all India entrance examination for getting admission in MBBS/BDS program in Medical colleges in India. NEET examination is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE). Minimum Age for NEET- 17 years as on 31st December of the year of Exam. Maximum Age for NEET- 25 years as on 31st December of the year of Exam. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate is 5 years. Other Qualification for NEET UG: -> Candidate have to pass Class XII exam with Physics,Chemistry,Biology Subjects. -> candidate have to obtain 50% marks in Physics,Chemistry,Biology and English subject.45% required for SC/ST/OBC candidates. -> Candidate must be a citizen of India. -> There is no maximum number of attempts for appear in NEET UG examination. For under graduate courses like MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm etc 2. For post graduate courses like MDS, M.Pharm etc After 12th candidates can write hte UG-NEET exam and after completing ug they can write PG - NEET exam The age limit for UG-NEET exam is 17 - 25 years of age There is no maximum age limit for PG - NEET exam all the best |

You must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks to appear in this examination. If you fulfill above, then you can definitely apply for NEET. Also your age should be above 17 years. There is upper age limit for all India level quota seats which is 25 years. For state level quota seats there is no upper age limit. |

Re: What is the age limit to give NEET entrance exam? hi, To be eligible for admission to MBBS course, a candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio- technology at the qualifying examination as mentioned above. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled-Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% instead of 50%. In respect of candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs in terms of Clause 4(3) above, the minimum marks in qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 45% instead of 50% All the best.................. |

It is a national level entrance exam conducted for the medical students who completed 12th and want to seek admission into the MBBS/BDS courses. Age Limit ;-Your age must be above 17 years and not below 25 years at the time of the admission into the course. Age relaxation is provided for the OBC and SC/ST candidates for 5 years to appear for the NEET entrance exam. The NEET entrance exam will be generally conducted in the month of may every year. Education Qualification: Candidates must completed the 12th standard with PCM from a recognized state board. Candidates must be secure above minimum of 50% of marks in 12th standard.(For SC/ST categories 5% of marks relaxation). Eligibility-: The candidates must be 12th passed with Physics,Chemistry & Biology and English. The general candidates must have minimum 50% marks in PCB in aggregrate. SC/ST/OBC candidates need 40% minimum marks in aggregrate in the subjects of PCB. AGE LIMIT-: General Candidates-> The candidates must not be below 17 years and not above 25 years while taking the admission into the Courses.
