Dear Friend In order to get job in the core electrical companies you have two options : 1.If your college or institutes have the on campus facility then you can apply for different electrical companies which visit your college for placement activities . 2.The second option is that you can go for the off campus placement if your college do not have the on campus facility . You can apply for the different vacancies when the notifications for them are released by the different companies. The basic procedure for getting job in core companies is same : >>First you will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria that is minimum of 65% throughout in bachelor's degree without any backlogs .60% in 10th and 12th. There are three stages of recruitment: >>Screening test >>Group Discussion >>Personal interview Eligibility may be different for different companies However if you are interested in working public sector undertakings then you need to clear the GATE exam with good rank . Because of the fact that public sector shortlists the candidates on the basis of GATE score card then group discussion and personal interview for final recruitment.
