My friend the LLB degree is not offered through correspondence even from the IGNOU. Therefore I will not recommend you to apply for law course offered through correspondence. The course offered through correspondence is not valid as per the Bar Council of India. You can not appear in court as a lawyer with such degrees since Bar Council of India does not recognize them. It would be impossible to register with local bar association with such degrees. Therefore if you want a productive law degree, LLB through regular mode is the only option in front of you. However in your case LLB through regular mode may not be possible. Your percentage is low to apply for the LLB course. However if you belong to SC/ST only then you can apply for the LLB course through regular mode. Otherwise you must consider some other carrer option. Eligibility 1. The candidate should have a valid bachelor degree. 2. The candidate should have scored 45 percent or more marks in bachelor degree. 3. SC/ST candidate need 40 percent and above marks to apply. 4. Your age should be less than 30 years to apply. 5. SC/ST candidate should be less than 35 years to apply. 6. There is no relaxation for OBC. |
