Yeah you are eligible for NET(National Eligibility Test), a candidate who are completed their Post graduation with atleast 55%marks are eligible. NET exam conducted by the UGC every year twice.


Eligibility Criteria:-

The applicant should be complete Post-graduation with a minimum of 55% of marks from a recognised university.

Final year candidates can also be eligible.

For SC/ST candidates 5% of marks relaxation.

Applicant should be an Indian citizen.


There are two types in NET exam one is JRF(Junior Research Fellowship) and another one is Lectureship.


Age criteria details for JRF:-

The candidates age should be 28years, this is the maximum age limit.

3 years relaxation for OBC category candidates,

5 years relaxation for SC/ST category candidaesh


Lectureship:-.

There is no age limit for Lectureship applying candidates.

So you are eligible for NET exam.
