In this context I shall want to ask you that- for registering the Bar Council of India and practising the legal profession does bring the age limit for me? Please clarify my doubt. |

Re: Can I do LLB course if I am 28 years old with HSSC passed? The Bar Council of India (BCI), which governs standards of legal education in India, introduced a 20 years age limit for the five-year LLB course and a 30 years age bar for the three-year LLB courseA person has 2 options :
The minimum requiremnts in an average University /college is 45 % in 12 th. But if planned to join NALSAR /NLSIU & other biggies in the filed then you will also be expected to give the Common Entrance Exam for Law. |

You may have to pursue a correspondence course for institutes like IGNOU. For this course a score of above 45% is sufficient to apply. You must check the eligibility criteria of the institute where you wish to apply. |
