Hi friend, You have to choose science stream for completing eligibility for IIT-JEE Examination. Also you must choose physics , chemistry and maths as subjects, because IIT-JEE is based on these subjects . Syllabus of IITJEE involves PCM topics of 11th class and 12th class. Eligibility for IIT-JEE Examination Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board or equivalent. Student should have secured at least 60% marks in 10+2 examination for being eligible. Student should have PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND MATHS as compulsory subjects for appearing in IIT-JEE. Only two attempts will be allowed . |

Re: Can a candidate of 11th class appear for IIT-JEE Exam of this year? hi, I am sorry to say that 10th class student is not eligible for the IIT-JEE exam. The candidate who studying /passed the 12 with physics, chemistry and maths. are eligible in IIT-JEE exam. good luck! |

For appearing in IIT-JEE exam one has to be in 12th class.. So, next year when you will be in 12th class then you can appear in IIT-JEE exam.. Prepare for the exam till then.. All the best. |

No!!!! dear,,,, You are not eligible yet, for appear in the IIT-JEE[INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY-JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION] exam, this years. This is the engineering entrance examination for offering B.TECH degree in one of the most reputed technological institutes,. For apply in this examination, you must have 12th degree from a recognized board with subjects PHYSICS , CHEMISTRY,& MATHS [PCM] . you must have scored at least 60% in PCM . The age limit for this examination is 17-25 years. There are only two consecutive years are given to the candidates for apply in this examination [JEE] with the passing year of 12th. . The forms are available on the counter only of 11 November. The closing date for registration is online 10 December. The last date of registration will be offline on 15 December if the form is sent. You can appear for the exam in 2013 provided you complete 12th by the time the results for the exam is declared. This is the apt time for you to begin your preparations for the exam. You can try attempting the past papers to know your level of preparation. |
