Combined Engineering Services Civil Engineering Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers Indian Engineering Services holds an entrance exam in order to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Specialized Civil Engineers. The exam has two different parts namely Stage I and Stage II. Stage I has a total of 1000 marks and has objective and conventional type questions. Stage I has question relating to matters dealing in General Studies and matters dealing with Civil Engineering. Stage I is further sub divided into two parts namely Part I and Part II. Part 1 is an objective test while part 2 is a conventional one. Stage II is a personality test having a total mark of 200.
