Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 19 years of age. The results for NDA I and NDA II usually gets declared between July to October. In case of NDA I exam, it comes out in July-August while NDA II Exam, results are declared between October-November. The SSB interviews will start in the mid-week of January. As far as, exam is concerned, it will 21/2 hours paper of 900 marks. Maths will be 300 marks and general ability is 600 marks. |

You can always opt for the NDA entrance test.After or during the +2 tenure, interested candidates need to write NDA Exam for the Army wing of National Defense Academy. Candidates willing to join Indian Army through NDA Exam do not need to have studied Mathematics in the higher secondary level. There will be a compulsory paper of Mathematics in the NDA Exam, conducted by Union Public Service Commission.Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. Re: Can a commerce student give the entrance exam of NDA? dear friend. the eligibility criteria for nda is: 1. a minimum of 55% in 12th with physics chemistry maths and english. 2. appearing student may also appear in the exams. 3. age must be in between 16.5 years to 19 years. since you have done your 12th with commerce stream, so you are not eligible for nda. all the best. |

This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year. i.e, NDA-I and NDA-II NDA exam follows three wings indian army navy indian Air force eligibility criteria: indian army: the candidate must complete the 12th standard with any stream from a recognized state board of india. The final year candidates also eligible for this exam. The candidate should be citizen of india. The candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam. Girls are not eligible for this exam. The candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. NAVY: the candidate should be citizen of india. The candidate must completed the 12th standard from any recognized state board of india. But the candidate compulsory have the mathematics physics and chemistry compulsory subjects. The age limit should be 16.5 to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam. The candidate should have the physically and medically fit for this exam.
