Re: ISRO Hall ticket not received, I applied online The notification for Asst/Jr Personal Asst has stated that possession of the minimum qualifications does not automatically make them eligible for the written test. There would be further screening and only short listed candidates would be called for the written test. Hence, it is quite possible that you lost out at the stage of preliminary screening.
