Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering is one of the Engineering branches of study which is of 4 years graduate degree course and there are multiple career prospects for the Electronics and Instrumentation engineering course. There are many public and private companies which are available for instrumentation engineering candidates and all desired candidates can apply for various companies which are mentioned below

Re: List of Core Companies in Electronics and Instrumentation? I am a final year Btech Engineering students in Electronics and Instrumentation. I got placed in Haldia Petrochemicals Limited. All Petrochemical or Petroleum Industry have core branches for Instrumentation students. Some of the Companies which would be technically core for Instru and will definitely will require your core knowledge are: Most PSU's, IOCL ONGC GAIL SAIL OIL CIL HPCL BPCL other companies like LnT Siemens Adani HPL Tata Power Tata Steel RIL companies that solely/mostly (apart from some IT recruits) recruit Instru are: Johnson Controls (I cleared their test but not the PI) Texas Instruments Endress Hauser Emerson Fisher Hope it helps. I am interested to know the list of companies located at Kolkata who can provide paid or free Internship summer vacation training in Electronics & Communication viz. VLSI, Microwave communication, microprocessors, micro-electronics, Analogue/Digital communication, Mobile Technology, Anteena Technology, etc. they said tenth board was important ,i belived .but that was a lie. and once again they said 12th board important ,i studied hard;but that was also lie. Re: List of Core Companies in Electronics and Instrumentation? dear friend, most of the companies that recruit EEEians would recruit even electronics and instrumentation. some of the core companies are as follows: Vedanta groups sterlite L&T Sitar vessels TVS Delphi etc but then these are a few lists of the core companies for E&I in south india. but their availibility would depend on your college- whether these companies visit your college, or is your college requesting them etc. so better go through your college placement list . Hi dear, Core companies recruit people on two basis as... 1) Freshers : Wherein very less number of the core companies come in to campus for selecting the students who are pursing their graduate degree.It as three major stage of process to get inside the company as freshers during campus placements they are.. a) Aptitude Test. b) Technical Interview. c) Personal Interview. 2) Experience : This is where many people use to get in to the core companies with the help of 2-3 yrs of Experience, there is only 2 stage of process when you get in with experience they are.. a) Technical Interview. b) Personal Interview. hope the info. helps Thanks |

SIEMENS etc.., but what people dont know is that the field applications where the opportunity chances are more for you people. Almost all the companies need automation and to maintain all those machines they need instrumentation known engineers. An E&I engineer with the knowledge of PLC and SCADA can really go places.
