Re: Which is better between B.Com honors and BBA? I just passed 12th and now i have 2 options before me- either B.com hons or BBA.. I have no interest in maths and accountancy.. I am confused about what should i do.. Anyone with a confident and exact answer please help me to decide between the two. |

Re: Which is better between B.Com honors and BBA? hello.. i would like to say a small thing that Bcom hons opens very few choices for a graduate person like banking or government sector but Bba opens all kind of choices for a person doing bba ... bba opens doors of public as well as private sector... Bcom or Bcom hons is a traditional course which lacks in present time. thus one should go for bba over bcom or bcom hons to be fit and fine for all fields not only accounts or finance ... hope i helped :) |

Re: Which is better between B.Com honors and BBA? BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration where as B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. Both these courses are with the duration of 3 years in the field of Commerce being offered by many of the colleges in India. It not that B.Com is a good choice and BBA is not. Both the courses will be having its own career scope and job opportunities for the candidates. But if you do B.Com course, you will get much -accounting knowledge -Commerce knowledge -business laws -Taxation etc. In contrast to this, through BBA course, you will get administration or management skills. My suggestion is to go with BBA course until and unless you have profound interest to join B.Com course. Having completed BBA course at Graduation level and if you do your MBA course at Post Graduation level, there will be good career scope for you. MBA candidates will be having plenty of job opportunities in various business sectors like Banking Sector Insurance Sector Telecom Sector Retail Sector Pharma Sector etc. Each and every business need MBA candidates in order to manage several business activities. BBA is more of a general field which will cover various areas like IT, finance etc. In the job front generally B.Com has more value. If you wish to make a career in finance field then certainly take it up. If you pursue BBA make sure that you go in for MBA after it. |
