BBA is the better than B.COM because after B.COM you have good chance to do MBA.

it will help you for MBA courses. because both courses are related to each other.

after completion of your BBA degree you have lots of chance in private sector.

so you can choose BBA as a career.

Depends on what your plans are in the long run ? do you want to be an accountant or an MBA ?
Both are different in nature...BBA is basically about administration
and after BBA you need to do MBA for better prospects, whereas BCom is
all about commerce accounting/taxation, it is better than BBA bcoz it
opens up better career options like you can think of doing CA/ICWA/CS
side by side and if you are interested in Finance/MBA then it will
provide better understanding.

So if your ultimate plan is to do MBA then you can go for any of the two but if you are doing it for job prospectus then b.Com will be much helpful as compared to BBA .

B.Com is good for those who would like to make a career in the finance field. BBA is more of a general field which will cover various areas like IT, finance etc. In the job front generally B.Com has more value. If you wish to make a career in finance field then certainly take it up. If you pursue BBA make sure that you go in for MBA after it.

There is no so much different between B.com and B.B.A . Both stream as considered as the commerce stream . so don't confuse your self . i clarify your doubt please read the given below .

B .com is related with major subject like

>> accounts
>> management

if you see in b.com course accounts is very major for the student the subjects like ,

Financial accounts

Corporate accounts

Cost accounts

Management accounts etc....

BBA is related with management .

>> only in field of management

If you see in bba course accounts is not main subject , it is allied subject for the student , bba student on having lot theory subjects like ,

Business law

Business communication

Business environment

Financial service

Principal of management etc.....

But there is good job opportunity for the both the course b.com as well as bba , in the filed like banking sectors , insurance sectors , manager , accountant , stock market , financial service etc .........

both the courses are good course . both course having good job opportunity . the course related with one another , both courses having the same subject but only thing different is , in b.com course the accounts subject is taken deeply then bba course . both course having equal job opportunity private as well as public sectors .

I AM FROM JAMSHEDPUR APPEARED FOR INTERMEDIATE 2014 J.A.C BOARD . I AM REALLY CONFUSED FOR MY NEXT STEP FOR ADMISSION IN WHICH FIELD . MY AIM IS TO BE AS AN OFFICER IN ANY OF GOVERMENT FIELD LIKE FORCE AND MILITARY BUT BEFORE THAT I ALSO THINK TO BE HR . WHICH COURSE WILL SUIT ME TO MAKE MY PLACE IN THESE SECTORS .

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration where as
B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce.

Both these courses are with the duration of 3 years in the field of Commerce being offered by many of the colleges in India.

It not that B.Com is a good choice and BBA is not. Both the courses will be having its own career scope and job opportunities for the candidates.

But if you do B.Com course, you will get much
-accounting knowledge
-Commerce knowledge
-business laws
-Taxation etc.

In contrast to this, through BBA course, you will get administration or management skills.

My suggestion is to go with BBA course until and unless you have profound interest to join B.Com course.

Having completed BBA course at Graduation level and if you do your MBA course at Post Graduation level, there will be good career scope for you.

MBA candidates will be having plenty of job opportunities in various business sectors like
Banking Sector
Insurance Sector
Telecom Sector
Retail Sector
Pharma Sector etc.

Each and every business need MBA candidates in order to manage several business activities.

i would like to say a small thing that Bcom hons opens very few choices for a graduate person like banking or government sector but Bba opens all kind of choices for a person doing bba ... bba opens doors of public as well as private sector... Bcom or Bcom hons is a traditional course which lacks in present time. thus one should go for bba over bcom or bcom hons to be fit and fine for all fields not only accounts or finance ... hope i helped :)

if u want to join your dad's business you should go for bba as in it an overall development is seen and management skills are developed in this course through presentations etc.

I just passed 12th and now i have 2 options before me- either B.com hons or BBA.. I have no interest in maths and accountancy.. I am confused about what should i do.. Anyone with a confident and exact answer please help me to decide between the two.
