u have to clear the GATE exam in order to get into BITS for doing M.Tech..and score above 600 to get a really good college..the only way to get into M.Tech BITS is GATE.. hope this helps..

Gate score card is applicable for the admission in the M.Tech course for any Good university in INDIA. Procedure to fill the Application form of BITS: Register Online at http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/hdadmn/ and download the application form. The completed application form along with the prescribed fees of Rs. 600/- in the form of crossed Demand draft should be sent to Admissions Officer, BITS, Pilani-333 031. |

The Various ME degree offered by BITS are: M.E. Biotechnology M.E. Chemical M.E. Chemical (with specialization in Petroleum Engineering) M.E. Civil (with specialization in Structural Engineering/Transportation Engineering/Infrastructure Systems) M.E. Communication Engineering M.E. Computer Science M.E. Design Engineering M.E. Embedded Systems M.E. Electrical (with specialization in Power Electronics & Drives) M.E. Manufacturing Systems Engineering M.E. Mechanical M.E. Microelectronics M.E. Software Systems For admission to BITS pilani for ME program, you have to score a minimum 60% in the qualification exam for the same. If you could tell me your branch i can provide more info on admission to you. If you qualify in the qualifying exam, you have to appear for entrance test conducted online in various cities across India. Candidates are selected on the basis of the online test and called for personal interview. The interview results decide whether a candidate is selected or not. I have attached the information brochure for your reference. Also, please note admission for the session 2011-2012 is over. You need to wait for next years course. |
