Hello dear, Nice to see that you are interested to apply for Indian Air force and definitely it is a possibility for you to Join Indian Air force just after completing Intermediate examination. If you have completed your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects, then you are eligible to apply for the UPSC NDA Examination. NDA stands for National Defence Academy examination and conducted 2 times in a year. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online from the official website of UPSC. This year Both NDA Examination was already completed and Next year NDA(I) Examination is going to be published soon in the month of December. Only unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years are eligible to apply for NDA Examination. Your age not more than 19 years at the time of commencement of Training. The detailed age eligibility is properly mentioned in the official Notification, please check the notification before apply for the examination. The selection is based on written test, the test is objective with negative marking and you have to cracked two papers, If you cracked the written test then you are eligible to appear for SSB interview. You must be Medically and Physically fit in all the respect to apply for NDA, At the time of filling online application form, you have to give 1 preference to the Air force. Re: Air Force after Diploma in Electronics and Communication? to join in air force i will suggest you to complete your graduation. you should take admission in BE or B.Tech. in air force four level of student can join 1.Intermediate (10+2) 2.Graduate 3.Post Graduate 4.Engineers there are post for these educational qualification. but you have not done 10+2 so you will not be eligible for intermediate. now you have to do graduate in engineering. even you will not be eligible for NDA examination also. so you should first complete your graduation. visit the website http://www.careerairforce.nic.in to get more details about join in Indian air force. notification will also come in this website and in employment news. best wishes. |

Educational Eligibility - A candidate pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with minimum 50 % aggregate marks from a regonised board. Age Eligibility - 16 Years to 21 Years. Physical Eligibility - A candidate should be physically and mentally fit. 1. Eye Sight = 6/6, 2. Height = 167 cms, 3. Weight: 50 Kg 4. Through NDA you can Go for Army Or air force or Navy & Naval academy. This year's NDA Exam which is going to be held on April, notification for this has been over. you can apply for NDA II now. The eligibility to write NDA Exam is Educational qualification :- 10+2 or Equivalent(Diploma) students are Eligible for this. Final year students in Diploma are also Eligible. Age limits :- Your age must be in between 16 and half age till 19 years in order to Make Eligible for Write the Exam. After the completion of your 10+2 you can join Indian Air force through NDA exam as an Officer and as an Airman National Defence Academy(NDA) You can apply for the NDA after the completion of your 10+2. The eligibility criteria required for the NDA exam is given below. Education Qualification Candidate should be 10+2 pass with Physics and Mathematics. Re: Air Force after Diploma in Electronics and Communication? Dear friend, It is very good that you want to join IAF. The future is bright in IAF. Diploma holders can join IAF by two ways. 1. Join as a technician (PBOR) For technician qualification is 10+2 ( with PCM) or Diploma (3 years) Age limit for technician is 17 to 21 Years. 2. Join as an officer through NDA. For officer through NDA qualification is 10+2 ( with PCM) or Diploma (3 years) Age limit for NDA is 16 to 19Years and 6Months All the best. |
