Re: How can I apply for Indian Air Force? The recruitment to Indian Air Force is done through various entrance exams like: National Defense Academy Entrance exam at 10+2 level. To apply for this exam, you need to meet eligibility requirements which any candidate who has passed his 10+2 from a recognized board and is in age limit 16.5-19.5 years can apply for the exam. You must be unmarried male candidate. To apply for the exam, you need to visit the official website of UPSC that is www.upsconline.nic.in Air Force Common Admission Test It is for bachelor's degree in technology or engineering pursuing candidates. Both male and female candidates can apply for the exam. The official website for online application is www.careerairforce.nic.in |

Re: How can I apply for Indian Air Force? Hi, There are two ways you can apply for Indian Air Force. 1. NDA. 2. AFCAT. Eligibility for NDA: --> Candidate have to pass 10+2 with PCM subject. --> Candidate have to score at least 50% in 10+2. --> Age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years. --> Only male candidates can appear for NDA. --> Indian citizen can only appear in NDA. Eligibility for AFCAT: --> Candidate have to complete B.E/B.Tech from any recognized University. --> Candidate who are in final year of B.E/B.Tech can also apply for AFCAT. --> Candidate have to score at least 50% in B.E/B.Tech. -> Age of the candidate must be within 20 to 25 years. * Official website for NDA is www.upsc.gov.in * Official Website for AFCAT is www.careerairforce.nic.in |

For example, if you are 10+2 passed or appearing and you have age limit in the range 16.5-19.5 years, you can go for the National Defense Academy examination. Only unmarried male candidates can apply for the exam. 2. If you have completed bachelor's degree or in final year of it, you can go for the Combined Defense Services exam. The age limit is 19-23 years. Both male and female candidates can apply. For both the above exams, online application is done at the website www.upsconline.nic.in First you need to check out the notification at www.upsc.gov.in. For example NDA 2 notification will be out on 20/06/2015. Read the full instructions in notification, and according to it fill the online application at given website. 3. At bachelor's degree level or in final year of it, there is one more entrance exam called Air Force Common Admission Test. It is also conducted twice every year. You must have studied mathematics and physics at 10+2 level in order to appear for this exam. The official website for this exam is www.careerairforce.nic.in. The notification for AFCAT 2 will be out in month of September 2015. |

Re: How can I apply for Indian Air Force? You can apply for Indian air force after 12th or graduation. In order to apply for the job, you must be an unmarried male candidate. 12th passed candidates can join air force by qualifying NDA entrance exam. CDS is the gateway to join Indian air force after graduation. But in both the cases, you must have studied physics and mathematics as subjects. |
