How to apply indian airforce?...Please give me the details for the same

You can apply for Indian air force after 12th or graduation. In order to apply for the job, you must be an unmarried male candidate. 12th passed candidates can join air force by qualifying NDA entrance exam. CDS is the gateway to join Indian air force after graduation. But in both the cases, you must have studied physics and mathematics as subjects.

If you want to apply for Indian Air Force follow the given things.

Age Limit----Candidates age limit is 18 to 25 years.

Entry to the Indian Air Force is given at different educational qualification through different entrance exams.

You have not mentioned your academic qualification in the query. So here I am giving name of entrance exams that will help you in applying for the exam depending upon your academic qualification.

1. For example, if you are 10+2 passed or appearing and you have age limit in the range 16.5-19.5 years, you can go for the National Defense Academy examination.

Only unmarried male candidates can apply for the exam.

2. If you have completed bachelor's degree or in final year of it, you can go for the Combined Defense Services exam.

The age limit is 19-23 years. Both male and female candidates can apply.

For both the above exams, online application is done at the website www.upsconline.nic.in

First you need to check out the notification at www.upsc.gov.in. For example NDA 2 notification will be out on 20/06/2015.

Read the full instructions in notification, and according to it fill the online application at given website.

3. At bachelor's degree level or in final year of it, there is one more entrance exam called Air Force Common Admission Test. It is also conducted twice every year.

You must have studied mathematics and physics at 10+2 level in order to appear for this exam.

The official website for this exam is www.careerairforce.nic.in. The notification for AFCAT 2 will be out in month of September 2015.

--> Candidate have to pass 10+2 with PCM subject.

--> Candidate have to score at least 50% in 10+2.

--> Candidate have to complete B.E/B.Tech from any recognized University.
