RRB stands for Railway Recruitment Board .

This comes under the government department.

Eligibility for writing RRB Engineering exam;

You should be the citizen of India.
You should have age limit within 18 to 30 years , relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates.
You should have Any engineering degree (or) engineering diploma.

sorry dude u are not eligible to write any government aided exams plz improve ur percent to 60..i think all clear in all subjects surely fetch u 60%,all the best......

RRB stands for Railway Recruitment Board,only group C made through RRB exams.There are total 19 RRBs. I am giving you the some of the criterion for RRb's-------
1>A citizen of India.
2>A subject of Nepal(Came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently live in India)
3>A subject of Bhutan(Came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently live in India)
4>A subject of Tibbat(Came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently live in India)
