Re: Can I join Merchant navy on the basis of 10th or 12th(Arts) marks? There is a minimum age requirement of 17 years. The minimum qualification required is 12th standard. You need to have studied Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics in 12th standard. SORRY |

You need to have studied Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics in 12th standard. Since you are from the arts background it is not possible for you go in for Merchant Navy stream. You need to look for other options some marine institute. TS Rahman, BP marine are some institutes in mumbai. its not on the basis of 12th marks of arts.they ask for science in that. B.P. Marine Academy, Sai Pooja Chambers, Sector - 11, C.B.D., Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614. |
