I also hold a FAA commercial helicopter pilot license . I just want to know that can i apply for air force flying branch without having a graduation degree . ? |

After 10+2 you can join Indian Airforce flying branch through NDA examination the Exam is conducted by upsc twice in an year as NDA-I and NDA-II Eligibility Criteria for NDA is: 1. Age- 16 1/2 to 19 years (at the time of commencement of training) 2. Educational qualification- 10+2 physics and maths scheme with minimum 60% marks. 3. Nationality- Indian 4. The Basic Process Candidates, short-listed for Air Force after the initial selection procedure, go through a rigorous three-year training regimen at the National Defence Academy, followed by specialised training at the Air Force Academy. Thereafter, they are commissioned as officers and posted as pilots at any of the Air Force Stations. To be in the National Defence Academy You can join NDA by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India. To know more about the application process click here. To get into these jobs you have to clear lot of the PRELIMINARY stages like clearing NDA or CDSE, after that clearing SSB having personal interview and lost more. But don't worry if you desire to take part in one of the most adventurous Job, then you should full fill some Eligibility criteria. like If you are 12 passed or appearing student then for you the mode of Entry is NDA and your age should be in between 16 half to 19 half. And if you are graduation passed or final year student then for CDSE exam is there , for which you should be less than 23 half of the age. YOU NEED TO BE 12th pass to give NDA exam. age : 16 1/2 - 19 years after qualifying in the written exam you will be called for the practical exam in which you have to go through: GROUP DISCUSSION, WRITTEN EXAM, After you qualify these two in the first day then you will be stayed there for 5 more days for your physical test, medical test, and personal interview. After completion 10+2, you can apply for entry into the Air Force by taking the NDA (National Defence Academy) exam. As Its eligibility criteria states that- Candidates who are going to appear for the class 12 or its equal exam are also suitable to submit an application for this exam. Candidates who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam. The officer cadre provides opportunities for men with 10+2 / Intermediate (only in the Flying branch), graduates (all three branches), engineers (all three branches) and postgraduates (all branches except the Flying branch) in the various positions. Women with graduate (all three branches), engineering (all three branches) and post graduate degrees (all branches except the Flying branch) have openings as an Officer in the Air force. You can join NDA for joining AIRFORCE.. by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which is conducted twice a year.... Re: Indian Air Force flying branch after 12th standard? Yeah. You can enter into the indian air force through an exam called NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA) exam. For NDA exam you are eligible because you need to get complete 12th std for that. Since your studying 12th your age must be only 17 or 18. For NDA exam your age limit must be 16.5 to 19. So your eligible for NDA exam when age is concerned and also when education qualification is concerned. |
