You must consist Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject in 12th standard. Your age should not be more than 20 years. - Age Limit: Admission is open to both unmarried male and female candidates; age should not be more than 20 years. those belonging to the SC/ST have this rule relaxed by about 5 years. - Candidate should be physically fit and mentally strong. Procedure to be followed :- a) Completion of 12th with PCM percentage 65 % and it must be science stream ... b) Completion of any graduation degree from marine engineering or any other course regarding to marine knowledge.. c) Then you have to work for experience .. After that based on your knowledge and performance you will secure a job easily .. |

Eligibility criteria for Merchant Navy exam- Those candidates who have passed your 12th or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from central/state board or recognized school are eligible for Merchant navy exam. Your age should be below 20 years. |
